One question I get asked all the time is, “how do you heal incurable illnesses?” The answer is that I know how to generate positive energy. Positive flowing energy is what heals.
Aside from all the investigations I do to further my knowledge, I always come back to the same questions. “What makes me happy? What makes me sad?”
- What makes me happy?
- Loved ones
- Helping others
- Healthy eating
- Occasional unhealthy eating
- Reaching goals
- What makes me sad?
- Not being present
- Missing my day of rest
- Being neglected by myself or others
- Resisting what’s happening in life
- Settling for less than I desire.
In addition to this guiding principle, here are 5 more ways to heal illness and disease.
Tip 1: Get an annual physical and blood test
There is no excuse not to do this. I don’t care how fearful you are, how into alternative medicine you are, getting annual physicals and blood tests extends your life and improves the quality of your life.
Tip 2: Flow with life
Resistance leads to illness. When I diagnosed with thyroid disease I accepted my diagnosis; but I also knew that I didn’t want to go on medication for life, which everyone I know with that condition has done. I flowed with what is and I flowed into healing myself of this disease.
Tip 3: Inform yourself
When I healed thyroid disease, I studied research and found that cruciferous vegetables; such as kale, broccoli, and spinach are not great for thyroid production. Sea vegetables are, and I modified accordingly with favorable results. You must act on your own behalf. No one can do it all for you.
Tip 4: Diet heals almost anything
Diet has helped me heal migraines, chronic colds, thyroid disease, arthritis. It is the medicine of all medicines. Avoid as much as possible inflammatory foods like dairy, gluten, eggs, nuts, corn, and soy.
Tip 5: Your destiny is in your hands.
You are in charge of your personal experience in life. There is no sicker disease than bitterness and resentment. They’re repelling. We have an individual, a communal, and a societal responsibility to take charge of our lives and our attitudes. I decided for myself what kind of lifestyle I wanted to live. I knew that no chocolate would make me miserable, I’d feel like a caged up lion. I also knew that too much chocolate made me feel just as miserable. I learned to master my own rhythm and energy. Like everything in life, when you’re sincere, determined, and committed you can heal yourself.
